By continuing, I understand and agree that the entry of my Employee Reference Number, PIN, security answers, and/or other identifier is the method this Web site uses to verify my identity. They serve as my electronic agreement, indicating that I agree to the following:
- Any instructions, choices, or requests I make on this Web site will be considered my written permission to The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and HR People Services to provide information or conduct transactions on my behalf, in accordance with The Royal Bank of Scotland Group employee policies, programmes, or employee benefits programmes.
- I understand it is my sole responsibility to review the benefits on this Web site and any written confirmation statements provided to me (on paper or in electronic form) to ensure that any instructions, choices, or requests that I make regarding my benefits are in place.
- I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to review this Web site and any information transmitted to me for inaccuracies. If there are any inaccuracies, I am responsible for correcting them using the tools available to me on the Web site or by contacting HR People Services to point them out.
- The functionality of this Web site permits me to request or provide personal information - for example, pension arrangement balance information and pay. I am solely responsible for any loss of privacy or confidentiality of this information if I disclose my Employee Reference Number, PIN, security answers, and/or other identifier to a third party other than in connection with the services delivered to me through this Web site. I agree to contact The Royal Bank of Scotland Group or HR People Services immediately if I have reason to believe that someone has gained unauthorised access to my Employee Reference Number, PIN, security answers, or any other identifier.
- I understand that the benefit documentation, insurance contract, or administrative practices and procedures of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group or HR People Services will have control over any information provided on this Web site.
- I understand that this Web site may not perform as intended at all times. I agree that Aon Hewitt, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and/or HR People Services are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption or delay in operation of or transmission through this Web site, communication line failure, system failure, or other circumstances beyond their control.
- The following benefits: Company Car Scheme, Current Pension Plan, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Retirement Savings Plan, Life Cover, Disability Cover, Dependant's Pension, RBS Insurance Pension Scheme, RBS Insurance Life Assurance and RBS Insurance Dependant's Pension are directly linked to your ValueAccount. Your level of cover and the associated cost is directly linked to your ValueAccount. Should your ValueAccount change at any time, your cover and the monthly cost may also change accordingly, with no further notice to you.
By using this site I agree that Aon Hewitt Limited and/or Hewitt Associates Outsourcing Limited may process my data for the purpose of administering my employee benefits and/or pension benefits (including statistical analysis) and that this may include passing on my data to the trustees of the pension scheme, Scheme Actuary, auditor, administrator, benefit provider and/or such third parties as may be necessary for the operation of the employee benefit and/or pension schemes and management of the company. I understand and consent to my data being transmitted, processed or stored abroad by Aon Hewitt Limited and/or Hewitt Associates Outsourcing Limited to any other third party located outside the European Economic Area that may be necessary for the above purposes. Aon Hewitt Limited and/or Hewitt Associates Outsourcing Limited will ensure that the confidentiality of your data is adequately protected in the event of any third party processing your data or your data being transmitted, processed or stored abroad.
